Rich Nofi, 31, an ATO alumnus, said the house is being sold. The decision to drop the lawsuit stemmed from other, unrelated problems... Nofi said. "I'm fairly confident that nobody believes we're responsible for the death of Rachel Payne," he said.
Due to other incidents, the chapter's charter was revoked. "They continued to have mismanagement violations after we had worked with the university," said Wynn R. Smiley, CEO for ATO's national headquarters. "They shot themselves in the foot."
WMU Greeks aware of hazing consequences
